Originally scheduled at 4:00 p.m. the intervention of President began at 6:48 p.m.

In his intervention the President of the Republic has started welcomed those present and the people, he thanked his team for the which help him make a reality his vision in education, agriculture...

He recalled the efforts he has made for the achievement of the elections, including the creation of the CEP, noting that the parliament was unable to appoint its three representatives, then following the agreement El Rancho, the CTCEP was created a date for the elections had been chosen, but they were not able to be carried out [...] Then he recalled having complied with the points of the agreement El Rancho stressing that despite that, the parliament did not vote the electoral law. He recalled that the electoral law is at Senate for 258 days.
