Haiti - Politic : The Senator Steven Benoît does not recognize the Government Paul

Senator Steven Benoît, while recognizing the constitutionality of the Prime Minister, Paul Evans, recently claimed to not recognize the Government of Evans Paul, convinced that the ministers who compose the Cabinet, are illegal and unconstitutional, not having received the approval of Parliament, currently dysfunctional.

He also points out that some Ministers have been appointed without receiving their discharge of the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSC / CA) as provided in the Constitution, including Pierre-Richard Casimir, the new Minister of Justice and Jude Hervé Day, the new Minister Minister of Trade and Industry. In addition, he regrets that the Senate, with only 10 senators, is unable to sanction the government, that he described as "de facto".

Furthermore, although he is satisfied with the resignation of Me Anel Alexis Joseph, the President of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ), the Senator Benoît calls for the resignation of 3 other members of the Court of Cassation, including Windelle Coq Télo, who says having fulfilled all the conditions required by the Constitution to integrate the Court of Cassation.
