"The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) informs the population in general and political parties and groups in particular, that following a note from the 'Rasanbleman nasyonal tèt kale' (RNTK), this grouping was officially dissolved.

Accordingly RNTK was removed from the final list of registered political parties and groups and is no longer entitled to register candidates in the upcoming elections."

Let's point out that it is the Grouping tèt kale (RNTK) and NOT the Presidential Party tèt kale (PHTK)

The RNTK #15 on the list, was legally represented by Dr. Antoine Joseph.

The PHTK, Presidential Party center-right liberal, #90 on the list, legally represented by Marie Yanick Mézile therefore remains authorized and will present candidates in all elections.
