Haiti - Social : The best and worst passports in Latin America...

The Henley & Partners Visa Restrictions Index 2015 is an index of passports, which ranks countries according to the number of destination countries (219) that allow entry without a visa.

For the region of Latin America, Argentina ranks first with a passport that allows travel in 150 countries at no additional procedures for obtaining a visa.

Haiti occupies the last position in the region, with a passport that allows travel without a visa in 49 countries (up from 3 countries - 46 countries in 2014). The Dominican Republic, ranks penultimate with an access to 53 countries without visas.

The Haitian passport holder can travel among other among these countries: Argentina, Kenya, Turkey, Bolivia, South Korea, Chile, Zambia, Malaysia, Egypt, Philippines and Hong Kong (for periods ranging from 14 days to 3 months depending destinations)

Without visa :

Argentina, the Cook Islands, Chile, Dominica, Ecuador, Micronesia, Israel, South Korea, Montserrat, Malaysia, Niue, Peru, Philippines, Kosovo, Singapore, St. Vincent and the Grenadines

Visa issued on arrival :

Armenia, Zambia, Tuvalu, Togo, East Timor, Tanzania, Seychelles, Sao Tome and Principe, Samoa, Palau, Uganda, Nepal, Mozambique, Maldives, Madagascar, Macau, Laos, Kenya, Jordan, Iraq, Georgia, Egypt, Djibouti, Turkey, Comoros, Cambodia, Belarus, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan
