Haiti - Education : D-2, BAC 2015, strict regulations

The baccalaureate exams (Philo) will start as scheduled, Monday, June 29, 2015 through the ten academic departments. A total of 78.374 candidates are expected to attend the official events taking place from 29 June to 3 July 2015. Of these, 73,898 candidates participate in the regular BAC to the regular session, 2293 candidates for the permanent BAC and 2,183 candidates for the new secondary.

Calendar and schedule of : Baccalaureate

The Ministry of National Education, reminds the candidates in particular and the public in general that these regulations will be strictly applied during the period of state examinations 2015 :

Regulations :

  • Any candidate caught to do fraud or having offensive behavior will see its copy canceled and will be invited to leave the room after a report has been drawn up. The offending candidate will not participate in examinations for a period of up to four years ;

  • No candidate may enter an examination center with a weapon, whatever its nature ;

  • Wearing the uniform is highly recommended during exams.

  • The use of programmable calculators and any other communication device is prohibited ;

  • Cell phones are strictly forbidden in the examination centers, except for those responsible, if necessary ;

  • Any candidate caught frauding with a cell phone will be eliminated ;

  • Anyone caught in the act of fraud on the edge and/or in the examination centers will be placed under arrest and surrender to the judicial authorities for legal action.

  • It is forbidden for security officers agents of exam centers to enter examination rooms ;

  • No one can have access to the examination center without a special authorization from the central authorities (Minister, Directorate General, BUNEXE, Departmental Directorate).
