This Friday at a press conference, Prime Minister Evans Paul, taking stock of the situation in Arcahaie, announced "The Government recalled the decree elevating Montrouis to the rank of commune of Arcadins. As wanted the people of Montrouis and Arcahaie, the commune is now called commune of Montrouis and not Arcadins.

Three beaches in the zone are found in the boundaries of Arcahaie. What has been the object of particular challenges of Archelois.
