After the hearing on Tuesday 17, the Electoral Court, the National Electoral Office of Litigation (BCEN) in a "preliminary decision" authorized a verification at the Tabulation Center Votes (CTV), for the two political parties that contested the results of the presidential election of October 25, Maryse Narcisse Famni Lavalas (4th position with 110.049 votes - 7.05%) and Vilaire Cluny Duroseau of (MEKSEPA 42th position with 1,272 votes - 0.08%), these latter were invited Thursday to CTV for verification of the minutes, verification session that Fanmi Lavalas requested a postponement to Saturday 21, the party requesting time to build a team of technicians for verification.

For his part the candidate of MEKSEPA was present with his lawyers at CTV and welcomed the decision of the BCEN and hope to confirm its true position in the ranking of the CEP.

Also Jovenel Moïse (PHTK) (1st position with 511.992 votes - 32.81%), Jude Célestin (LAPEH) (second position with 394.390 votes - 25.27%) and Moïse Jean Charles (Pitit Dessaline) (3rd position with 222.646 votes - 14.27%) are affected by the decisions of the electoral court, and have also been notified of the verification process.

For his part Moïse Jean Charles, the presidential candidate of the platform Pitit Dessalines says he has been nvited by the BCEN to verify the minutes at the tabulation center, he said he declined the invitation.
