Following 6 months of illegal occupation of the Rectorate and the Directorate of Postgraduate Studies of the State University of Haiti (UEH) [from 5 February to 29 July 2016] https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-18200-haiti-flash-end-of-6-months-of-occupation-to-the-rectorate-of-ueh.html ; to the serious acts of vandalism and profanation perpetrated by students and their internal and external accomplices, to the enormous losses, theft and breakdown of public and private property, the destruction of archives and academic, administrative and financial documents, the acts of aggression and violence by all kinds against professors, students, administrative staff and applicants etc... the majority of the Council of the University has demanded that the following administrative sanctions, against individuals identified as breakers, spoliators and vandals, students or not, are applied :

Art. 1 - The following persons are not / are no longer students at UEH :

- Christela CASIMIR

- Frantz Guy CELESTIN

- Maika RUTH CHARLES

- Esther CLERGÉ

- Pierre Walkens CLERISNE, alias Ti Pyè

- Jean Gardy CLERVIL

- Herwens DESIR

- Sodwin DORMÉLUS

- Jean John Rock GOURGUEDER

- Fritz HONNEUR

- Samuel MORANCY

- Wedly MOZEAU

- Bachelard NOEL

- Walner OSNA

- Jacques Ste ven PRIOLI

- Luder PROVIDENCE

- Mackenzie Toussaint SAINT-GILLES

- Schill Péguy SULLY

Art. 2 - No diploma, certificate, transcript, certificate will be issued to them within the next five years;

Art. 3 - Access to the spaces of the Rectorate, Faculties, Schools and Institutes of the UEH is forbidden to them during the next 5 years;

Art. 6 - An investigation will be carried out to identify the other actors and accomplices of the aforementioned acts and adopt such measures as the circumstances require for the safeguarding of the common good.
