Haiti - Sports : Wilfrantz Beaubrun, gold medalist in Tangsudo

The Minister of Youth and Sports, Lamur, warmly congratulates the brilliant performance of Wilfrantz Beaubrun, gold medalist at the Tangsudo International Tournament, a traditional Korean martial art, very close to karate and Taekwondo, which brought together participants from Haiti, Argentina, Costa Rica, Chile, the USA, Mexico and Panama.

The Minister also salutes the performance of two other of our compatriots bronze medalist : Roseline Croimin and Eddy Lubin.

Black Belt 1st Dan, Wilfrantz Beaubrun had a brilliant career in this competition before winning the final against the Mexican Ricardo Pacheco. Roseline Croimin and Eddy Lubin also met tough opponents and surpassed themselves to get a place on the podium and allow the Haitian delegation to win 3 medals in the tournament.

Minister Lamur emphasizes that this performance of our Haitian athletes, once again illustrates the abilities of our young people in various disciplines, and congratulates the Haitian Tangsudo Federation in general, especially medal-winning athletes, and commits to multiply efforts to provide young people with the necessary support for their development and to work tirelessly to equip the sector with tools essential to its development.
