Also the indictment of President Jovenel Moïse and the ineligibility of Fritz William Michel, for lack of discharge [for the period 2009-2011, when he was chief accountant at the Directorate General of the Budget at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance (MEF)], put forward by opposition deputies, will not feature on the agenda of the meeting.

Recall that a meeting of the Prime Minister scheduled for Friday, August 23 was postponed "sine die". According to our information, the report on Prime Minister Fritz William Michel's document was not signed by two members of the special commission charged with analyzing the PM's nominated documents, deputies Jean Marcel Lumérant and Roger Millien, for reasons of reservs, especially on the methodology of case processing.
