The Dominican private air transport company "Helidosa", owned by entrepreneur and ex-presidential candidate Gonzalo Castillo, carried 3 US citizens in a private flight from Florida to Haiti in the plane registered HI949, including Christian Emmanuel Sanon https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-34210-haiti-flash-arrest-of-one-of-the-intellectual-authors-of-the-assassination-of-president-moise-and-an-attempted-coup.html designated by Haitian justice as one of the alleged intellectual authors of the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse, Sanon was accompanied by two other North American people.

Alex Castillo, President of the company "Helidosa" specifies in a statement that these three passengers passed all the immigration controls in the airports by which they left and entered and that his company had no means of establishing that those who used his services had criminal ends "We are not a security agency, or an investigative agency to be able to know it" adding that these powers are held by each airport and the migration and security services, to detect any anomaly that could exist.

In addition, he recalled that it was also his company that transported the former President Aristide to Cuba and brought back to Haiti in an ambulance plane. As was the case for the First Lady of Haiti Martine Moïse injured in the assassination of her husband, President Jovenel Moïse.

Alex Castillo recalls that his company has international operations and its mission is to provide private air transport: corporate, tourist and ambulance. The Company has 15 planes and 24 helicopters.
