Haiti - EDH : The prepaid meter program shows satisfactory results

In a note dated November 29, 2021, the Directorate of Electricity of Haiti (EDH) informs the Haitian population in general and its customers in particular that the current prepaid meter program shows "satisfactory results" without further details...

EDH would like to reassure its customers of the "performance, proper functioning and proper management of this program, which offers subscribers the advantage of better managing and controlling their electricity consumption."

The EDH recalls that "subscribing to the prepaid plan allows customers to pay in advance the amount of electrical energy they need; to save purchased electrical energy; to determine as they wish and according to their personal budget their level of electrical energy consumption. Unlike the old post-paid meters, the new prepaid meters make EDH subscribers the masters of their electricity consumption."

In addition, EDH undertakes to listen to the comments and suggestions of its customers in order to make any necessary improvements.

Subscribers can call +509 2811 6206 and a suggestion box will soon be available in its branches in Delmas 40 and Pétion-ville.
