Child kidnapper arrested

Charles François was arrested by the Port-au-Prince Police for his involvement in the kidnapping of a 6-year-old child in Port-au-Prince, whom he then sequestered in Les Cayes, in the custody of a woman who he claims was his grandmother. 50% of gender-based violence reported to the police

The EU welcomes the solidarity of the Dominican Rep. with Haiti

Complaints against court staff dealt with promptly

The Ministry of Justice informs litigants of all jurisdictions that the Directorate of Judicial Inspection of the Ministry of Justice operates and receives all complaints and grievances against the Magistrates of the Public Prosecutor's Offices or any other member of the judicial staff and administration of all the jurisdictions of the country, who would have behaved contrary to the law.
