More than 900 kidnappings this year

More than 900 kidnappings and 1,560 cases of homicides have been recorded in the country from January to date, reveals the latest report from the Center for Analysis and Research in Human Rights (CARDH). The report shows 362 kidnappings recorded during the third quarter, which represents an increase of 141.33% compared to the previous quarter, when only 150 kidnappings were recorded.
