Haiti - Case Bélizaire : For Edgard Leblanc, the interpellations are legal

In its role of monitoring, the interpellations made ​​by the Parliament are made in all legality and I think that's a good thing that the Parliament has reacted. The interpellation do not forget, must end with a vote [of confidence or of censure] we just want, as part of a rule of law, make uphold the law in all circumstances and this requires much more reason than emotion...
