Serious accident : 15 victims

A truck carrying goods whose brakes reportedly failed collided with a public transport vehicle full of passengers in Morne Tapion, the 12th communal section of Petit-Goâve. The toll is high : 15 victims, 1 death, and 14 injured, several seriously.

4 Dominican Presidents write to the UN Security Council
