FAd’H : 3 Soldiers Desert with Weapons and Ammunition

Three soldiers from the Haitian Armed Forces (FAd’H), Jean Vitel Charles, Robaldo Jeudi, and Victorinov Zéphirin, deserted with their weapons and ammunition. The military high command has released their descriptions and is calling on the Haitian National Police (PNH) to issue an urgent search notice for these deserters.

New Spokesperson for the Prime Minister's Office

On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, Maître Axène Joseph, Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé, officially presented Ené Val as the new Spokesperson for the Prime Minister's Office. In his presentation, Me Joseph presented Mr. Val as an exceptional individual: a trained lawyer, seasoned political scientist, enlightened philosopher, and respected analyst with extensive media experience.

A scammer arrested

Wanted for several weeks, Jessika Thélusma was arrested by the police for her alleged involvement in fraud, bank hacking, and digital blackmail targeting public figures. The suspect allegedly secretly filmed her victims in order to extort them, with the support of a network of accomplices infiltrated within Sogebank and Unibank.

Charter Flights : Notice to Travel Agencies

The Directorate of Immigration and Emigration (DIE) informs travel agencies that organize charter flights to all destinations, particularly Brazil, Chile, and Mexico, that they are required to send the agency, via email, the passenger list 24 hours before each flight. Email : die@mict.gouv.ht They are also required to register, in accordance with the law, on the Advance Passenger Information System (APIS) database to allow the DIE to automatically access manifest information.
