The Ambassador called for international solidarity, affirming that "every day gained over fear is a day given back to life." She advocated for increased support for education, health, and food security, stating that "a child who learns is violence in decline."

In conclusion, she called on the international community to "transform emergency into hope, assistance into effective rights, and survival into the future," recalling that respect for human rights remains at the heart of development and security.
