Counterfeiting Network Dismantled

On Saturday, October 11, 2025, agents from the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) dismantled a major counterfeiting network in Lalue. The counterfeiters manufactured, among other things, fake driver's licenses, baccalaureate diplomas, civil status documents, credit cards, and stolen passport books. Twelve people were arrested on suspicion of involvement in this network. The investigation is continuing to unmask certain complicit government officials.

Basketball : Inter-University Championship

Despite a strong performance from Dorcé Miguel Junior (#9), who scored 12 points for UAEL, it was Marc Rousevelt Gabriel (#1) who shone for UNITECH with 13 points, leading his team to victory.

Former Director General of the DIE in court

The former director of the Directorate of Immigration and Emigration (DIE), Stéphane Vincent, was questioned last week by Judge Walther Wesser Voltaire as part of the investigation by the Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC).
