Jean-Philippe Brun, CEO of Digicel Haiti, stated in a press release that in 2026, Digicel Haiti celebrates 20 years of serving the Haitian people.

Since our launch in 2006, our mission has remained clear: to connect Haitians and open up access to greater opportunities. But these 20 years are not just a story of networking or technology; they are, first and foremost, a story of relationships, resilience, and genuine connection.

Digicel has shared moments of joy and times of great difficulty with the Haitian people. From celebrating culture, football, and Carnival, to organizing Artisanat en Fête (Crafts Festival) and local festivals, to mobilizing during major crises, including the 2010 earthquake, hurricanes, and subsequent crises, our teams have always been there, with commitment and determination.
