Haiti - Politic : The members of CTCEP installed before Easter...

According to the Special Adviser to the President Michel Martelly, former Senator Joseph Lambert, the 9 members of College Transitional of Permanent Electoral Council (CTCEP), representing the 3 Independent powers (Executive, Legislative and Judicial), institution responsible for organizing the upcoming parliamentary by-elections, municipal and local, will be installed in their office next week, without specifying any date...

In addition, Joseph Lambert confirmed that the Executive was satisfied regarding the mandate given to the Vice-President of the Senate, Andris Riché and that "President Martelly is more than determined, to achieve the elections in the country before the end of this year," contradicting the repetitive statement of the opposition, who constantly say, to whom wants to hear, that the Head of State has no desire to organize these elections.

Another source of confirmation, Nigel Fisher generally well informed, who said Wednesday before the Security Council of the United Nations "[...] the President of Haiti is committed to install before Easter, the College Transitional of Permanent Electoral Council [...]"

Meanwhile the installation, the executive has not yet announced the names of its three representatives at CTCEP....
