Thursday, Pierre-Richard Casimir, the Acting Minister of the Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE), proceeded in the presence of several important government figures, whose the Political Adviser to the President of the Republic, Youri Latortue, to the installation of the new Director General of MHAVE, M. Marc-Élie Nelson, until now President of the Grand Rally for the Evolution of Haiti (GREH). Mr. Nelson succeeds to Joseph Leprince Augustin.

The new Director Genaral, which will have among other tasks to work on the actual integration and active participation of the diaspora in the country's affairs, is firmly expected on his results.
