Haiti - Football : The Grenadiers continues to decline in the FIFA rankings

On Thursday, the International Football Federation (FIFA) has released its latest world rankings, in which the Grenadiers still losing 2 places after losing 4 ranks last months https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-9431-haiti-football-the-haitian-selection-loses-4-places-in-fifa-world-rankings.html , for lack of friendlies matchs and always looking for a new national coach. In this regard, the name most often mentioned in the scenes of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) is that of Marc Collat, from Fort-de-France, Martinique, who spent most of his coaching career at the training center of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

Now, Haiti occupies the 80th place (464 points) outperformed by the Dominican Republic 70th (474 points). Note that Haiti is ranked 8th in the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Footbal (CONCACAF), again beaten by the Dominican Republic, which takes the 7th place. We are very far from the time, yet not so long ago, when Haiti occupied the 39th place in the FIFA Ranking (December 2012).

On the top 5 of the last FIFA rankings: Spain (1st), Germany (2nf), Argentina (3rd), Colombia (4th) and Belgium (5th).
