Haiti - Sports : Inauguration of the new sports complex of Ouanaminthe

Tuesday, President Michel Martelly, visited the department of North-East, including the town of Ouanaminthe, where he inaugurated the Sports Complex of Ouanaminthe, the largest sports infrastructure of the department.

This new sports complex includes a football field, a basketball court and a mixed area for tennis and volleyball. This major sporting infrastructure, in addition to meeting the standards, has a capacity of over 500 seats and also has among others : adequate physical facilities, administrative offices, cloakrooms and lights...

Accompanied by Mr. Rony Pierre, Mayor of the city, Magalie Racine, the Minister of Sports, Jacques Thomas, Minister of the Environment, the deputy of Ouanaminthe Lucner Noel, the Senator Northeast, Mr. Derex Pierre Louis, he Head of State noted the potential of the area "You have the land.
