Haiti - Politic : Privert concerned by recent floods

Sunday, the de facto President Jocelerme Privert, expressed concern about the recent floods in 4 departments, caused by torrential rains in the night from Saturday 5 to Sunday, November 6, 2016 and particularly in the city of Cap-Haitien where most streets of downtown and surrounding areas are under water.
