Tuesday at midday, second day of counting of votes, Robinson Chérilus, Director General of Voting Tabulation Centre (CTV), declared that :

For the presidential election: 7,359 minutes were received out of 11,993 (61.36%) of which just over 800 are being processed;

For the election of one third of the Senate: 7,335 minutes were received out of 11,993 (61.16%) of which just over 1,200 are being processed;

For complementary senatorial elections (Grand Anse, North and Central Plateau) : a little more than 2,000 minutes were received out of 2,521 of which about fifty are in treatment;

For the complementary elections of the deputies 1,376 minutes were received out of 2,376 (57.91%) of which just over 200 are being processed;

For the complementary municipal elections, almost all of the 55 minutes were received.

All the minutes of the presidential, the third of the Senate and the complementary legislative elections are published on the site of the CEP, several of which are illegible because of the poor quality of photographs...

Recall that according to statements made Sunday by Léopold Berlanger, President of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), the preliminary result for the presidential election should be published by the CEP within 8 days maximum https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-19292-haiti-elections-berlanger-satisfied-preliminary-results-in-8-days.html on Monday evening, 28 November. Note that the calendar of the CEP indicates the date of date of 1-2 December.
