Following the official mission of Raïna Forbin, Minister of Foreign Affairs, to the Kingdom of Morocco on May 20, 2026, the Moroccan government has decided to award 40 additional scholarships to young Haitian high school graduates for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Be under 23 years of age;

• Have completed secondary school in 2025 with a minimum average of 6.00/10;

• Have an official birth certificate;

• Have a high school diploma and transcripts;

• Have a final year report card;

• Have a valid passport;

• Have a clean criminal record issued by the Court of First Instance of the applicant's jurisdiction of residence.

Applications will be accepted until Thursday, July 16, 2026, at one of the following addresses:

Port-au-Prince : at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship, located at 15 Rue Mangonès, Pétion-Ville;

Cap-Haitien : at the Northern Departmental Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, located in the Vaudreuil administrative complex;

Or by email to: bourses.maec@diplomatique.ht.

Exams will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, simultaneously in Port-au-Prince, Cap-Haïtien, and Les Cayes.
