At 3 days of the publication of the final results of the presidential election, the verification of the Minutes (PV) at the Vote Tabulation Centre (CTV) took its cruising speed making it possible to respect the calendar set by the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), which early last week seemed impossible https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-19589-haiti-elections-verifications-at-the-ctv-the-tone-rises-nothing-advances-or-almost.html

Since the application of Article 77, which has calmed the ardor of the protestors to delay the verification process, the Electoral Court had already verified nearly 50% of the Minutes on Saturday night. If the work of the judges continues at the same pace, the checks could be completed on Monday, what would would allow from Tuesday to receive the final pleadings (and last resort) of the protestors before the Office of the National Electoral Litigation, leaving sufficient time for the verdict and the publication on Thursday by the CEP, of definitive results.

Note that on Saturday towards the end of the afternoon, the 3 opposition parties: LAPEH, "Famni Lavalas" and "Pitit Desalin", were present with the observers for the random drawing of the minutes to be verified and have not issued new protests on the application of Article 77 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-19598-haiti-flash-the-bcen-applies-the-regulation-the-protesters-leave-the-ctv.html

However, after attending the verification of a certain number of minutes "Fanmi Lavalas" and "Pitit Desalin" have left the CTV, expressing reservations about the verification procedures, followed a little later by LAPEH. Only the PHTK and the local and international observers remained until the end of the work of the electoral judges after midnight...

According to available and partial information, nothing so far in terms of verification makes it possible to affirm that the outcome of the elections is being questioned or that the vote of 20 November was massively frauded as claimed by the protesters.
