Haiti - Diplomacy : Accreditation of the new Ambassador of Mali

Wednesday at the National Palace, the President of the Republic, Jovenel Moïse, received the credentials of the new Ambassador Toure Abdoul Kader of the Republic of Mali.

Ambassador Kader renewed his country's commitment to maintain close ties of friendship and strengthen cooperation between Haiti and his country

The Head of State also reassured the new Ambassador of Mali of his willingness to work by common agreement to the harmonious development of relations between the two friendly countries.

Subsequently, the new Ambassador of Mali made a floral offering in the Haitian National Pantheon in memory of the Fathers of the Haitian Fatherland. Following this offering, Michèle Frisch, the Director General of the Museum of the National Haitian Pantheon (MUPANAH) invited the Malian diplomat to visit the permanent and temporary exhibition halls of the museum so that he can discover the history and culture of Haiti.

Ambassador Abdoul Kader Toure welcomed this visit through the history of Haiti "which represents a part of the history and heritage of the Malian people," he said.
