Following the tour in several departments on May 4, of agents of the social assistance program "Kore Pèp" of the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) and representatives of the Ministry of Social Affairs (MAST) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-24325-haiti-social-more-than-600-community-restaurants-soon-again-in-operation.html to collect information on the situation of community restaurants with a view to putting them back into operation in order to fulfill one of President Moïse's campaign promises, to meet the needs of the most vulnerable people; 100 community restaurants in the metropolitan area received Wednesday food supplies to be able to provide a hot dish to the most deprived of our society.

The idea of relaunching community restaurants is part of the efforts of the Head of State to relieve those who are most in need and allow them to have food on their plate (for only 10 Gourdes) thanks to community restaurants

After the West, FAES will continue to supply and reopen Community Restaurants throughout the rest of the country in order to improve the living conditions of the population.
