Friday, a working session was held between Meniol Jeune, the Director General of the Ministry of National Education and the members of the State Examinations Committee.

The follow-up of the registrations of candidates for the permanent baccalaureate of December 2018, the logistical set-up, the funds provided for the organization of these exams were among the main points discussed during this meeting.

In addition, the file of the validation of the candidates for the examinations of end of secondary studies and the new procedures or applications under study were also at the center of the exchanges. The list of candidates and or sanctioned schools was also discussed.

The National Office of State Examinations (BUNEXE) deplores the delay of the Departmental Education Departments (DDE) for the transmission of information to the central authorities to make the necessary arrangements. The same delay is denounced for the end-of-year decision lists expected from the DDEs.

For Meniol Jeune, all steps must be taken to avoid the delays recorded last year for the smooth running of the process of organizing state examinations.

Remember that according to the school calendar of the Ministry, for the academic year 2018-2019, the first session of examinations of the permanent bac for the recalés (those that failed) will be held from 17 to 20 December 2018.
