ULCC will investigate SOGENER

In the State case against Société Générale d'Énergie SA (SOGENER), the investigating judge Me Merlan Bélabe instructed the Unit for the Fight against Corruption (ULCC) by letters rogatory, to investigate and search for evidence to establish whether there is indeed corruption to the detriment of the State and to advance the investigation of this case. 2 other bandits arrested

The National Police of Haiti (PNH) arrested Cadeus Mickemberg accused of association of criminals, robbery and ransom in Butte Boyer (Tabarre). In addition, the PNH arrested at Carrefour Fauché (Grand-Goâve) Damus Délove who was in illegal possession of a 9mm caliber Glock pistol.
