Haiti - NOTICE : July 7 declared day of national mourning

The General Secretariat of the Primature in a press release dated July 4th, 2023 bearing the signature of SG Charles Faustin informs the general public that Friday July 7, 2023 is declared day of national mourning throughout the national territory to mark the 2nd anniversary of the assassination of the President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Jovenel Moïse. https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-34162-haiti-flash-president-jovenel-moise-assassinated-by-mercenaries-official-updated-7am-+-video.html

Consequently, during this day :

- the national flag will be lowered throughout the territory of the Republic;

- nightclubs and other similar establishments will remain closed;
