Umpteenth promise to fight smuggling

The Government will act against smuggling on the border between Haiti and the Dominican Republic. A promise made by James Monazard, Minister of Commerce and Industry, who maintains that this scourge is a brake on the country's development. Shaneyka Joseph : Miss West Haiti 2024

During the grand finale of the 7th Edition of the Miss West Haiti contest in Pétion-Ville at the end of September, Shaneyka Joseph (21 years old) won the crown among 9 finalists. Lourdemia Dorcena is the first runner-up and Denirva Pierre, the second runner-up.
