According to the National Human Rights Defense Network (RNDDH), 45 bandits were killed by the Haitian National Police (PNH) and/or lynched by members of the population, in the areas of Bourdon, Canapé-Vert and Pétion-Ville.

To this end, Dr. Huang Yu-Lin, Secretary General of TaiwanICDF, and Gerardo Almaguer, President and CEO of Développement international Desjardins (DID) of Canada, signed a cooperation agreement under the "Kwasans in Haiti" Project, which aims to help Haitian financial institutions recognize the financial needs of women. This project will facilitate the provision of essential financial services to women entrepreneurs, thereby improving the economic autonomy of Haitian women and household income.
