Michel Pierre Brunache becomes Minister of Justice and Public Safety.

Pierre Richard Casimir, Consul General of Haiti in Montreal, becomes the new Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs in place of Me Pierre Michel Brunache who is now at the head of MJSP.
