Morocco Scholarship : Admission competition postponed to July 21, 2026 except for... With reference to the notice of July 6, 2026, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs applicants from the Great South in particular that the admission competition for the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco scholarship for the 2026-2027 academic year, initially scheduled for Les Cayes on Saturday July 18, 2026, is postponed to Tuesday July 21, 2026 and will be held at the public University of Les Cayes. The Ministry specifies that the date of July 18, 2026 is maintained for the centers of Port-au-Prince (Lycée de Pétion-ville) and Cap-Haïtien (MAEC regional office in Vaudreuil). The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Religion thanks the candidates for their interest and invites them to make the necessary arrangements. NOTICE : Voter Registration The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) informs the population in general and the press in particular that voter registration operations, on the electoral register, begin on Monday July 20, 2026, in the capitals of 9 geographical departments of the country, with the exception of the West department. From Monday July 20, the population will have 90 days to register in voting centers across the country. The CEP invites citizens to come to the Registration and Voting Centers with their valid National Identification Card, in order to complete the registration formalities on the electoral register. A citizen can register at the voting center closest to their home or at the voting center in the constituency where they intend to vote. There are no predefined centers. But on voting day he will only be able to vote in the voting center where he is registered. Those who are not registered will not be able to vote.
