The project « Monte-Cristo Hôtel & Suites » has received the approval of the Interministerial Commission of Investments (CII). Consequently, this project will benefit of all incentives provided by the Investment Code and the accompanying of Ministry of Tourism.

The Monte-Cristo Hôtel & suites, represented by its promoter-investor, Mr. Max Donald Guillaume, will be located on the road to Tabarre, opposite the playground of SunAuto. As of this year (Phase I), the Monte-Cristo Hôtel & suites, built in compliance with seismic standards, will propose 47 rooms of international standard. In its final phase, the hotel will have a total of 84 rooms, ncluding 6 suites and 2 rooms for disabled guests.

The Monte-Cristo Hôtel & suites will also have : a conference room, a parking lot that can accommodate over a hundred vehicles, a restaurant and bar, a swimming pool, an outdoor bar, a fitness room and a nightclub, among others.

The total investment amounted to nearly 9 million U.S. dollars and will generate over 100 direct jobs. Moreover, in the objective to offer a quality service that meets international standards, Max Donald Guillaume, said he was open to a partnership with international groups to manage the hotel.
