The Directorate General of the Electricity of Haiti (EDH) informs the population in general and its customers in particular that the Commune of Delmas, Nazon, Christ Roi, Airport Road from the street Justin Juste to Clercine, Silot, to name a few, will be without power this Sunday, May 19, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in order to install a new set of bar of 115 KV to the substation of Ancien Delmas.

These works will power finally the two new 50 MVA transformers that will be installed at this substation, following the damage to one of the old transformers on April 29 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-8458-haiti-notice-major-reduction-of-hours-of-power.html which caused a major decline since the supply hours in these neighborhoods.

The EDH elies on the cooperation and understanding of the population and reaffirms its determination to keep it informed of advancements of this repair.
