The Office of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the State University of Haiti (UEH) announces that applications for the entrance examination for the 2026-2027 academic year are open from July 30 to August 28, 2026.

Applicants may apply to a maximum of three (3) institutions.

A - Requirements :

- Not currently enrolled as a student at UEH;

- Hold a high school graduation certificate or the NS4 exam slip from the 2025-2026 academic year (subject to confirmation); or its equivalency issued by the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP);

- Pay the fee of 800 (eight hundred) gourdes per institution;

- Possess a Tax Identification Number (NIF). - Applicants under the age of 18 (who do not yet have their Tax Identification Number - NIF) may use that of one of their parents.

B - Steps :

- First, pay the fee of 800 (eight hundred) Gourdes per entity at any SOGEBANK branch to account number: UEH/ADMISSION REQUEST, number: 706054558;

- Complete the online form at https://admission.ueh.edu.ht;

- Enter the payment number and upload the payment slip during online registration;

- Choose the entities (maximum 3);

- Print the online registration form;

- Go to the chosen entities on the dates and at the locations indicated to validate your registration and collect your access card for the exam rooms.

C - Documents required for validation at the institutions :

- Two (2) identical, recent (maximum 6 months old) passport-sized photos (Write on the back of each photo: last name, first name, phone number, and Tax Identification Number);

- Registration form;

- Identity document (Tax Identification Number);

- Proof of deposit made to SOGEBANK for each chosen institution;

- Secondary school leaving certificate or examination slip (NS4) for the 2025-2026 academic year.

D - Documents required for registration of admitted students :

Only applicants who have passed the entrance exam are authorized to submit the following documents to the institution selected to attend courses :

- Birth certificate or extract from the National Archives;

- Two (2) identical, recent (within the last 6 months) passport-sized photos (Write on the back of each photo: last name, first name, phone number, and tax identification number);

- Proof of identity (Tax Identification Number).
